Margaret Hewitt, Director of Planning, Design & Construction, MetroHealth
Margaret Hewitt is currently the Director of Planning, Design & Construction for the MetroHealth System. MetroHealth is one of the major healthcare systems in Northeast Ohio. Margaret has a degree in architecture from the University of Illinois and has been in the construction industry for thirty years. She is a LEED Accredited and Envision Sustainability Professional.
Ms. Hewitt has been involved in more than $8 Billion of construction over her career. As an Owner’s Representative she has constructed courthouses for the Illinois Supreme Court, convention space for The Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority, K-12 schools for Chicago Public Schools, Cincinnati Public Schools and Akron Public Schools, hospitals for University Hospitals of Cleveland.
She is also the CEO and Founder of The Construction Green Team. She started the company with a passion for improving the impact of construction on our environment.
Julie Criscione, AIA, Managing Owner JMC Owner’s Rep Service, LLC
Julie Criscione, AIA, launched JMC Owner’s Rep Service, LLC in 2016 with a commitment to assist non-profit organizations and institutions with building projects that provide the best outcome and value. Julie is a registered architect and skilled owner’s representative with experience in all aspects of architectural planning and management, working on projects ranging in budget from $500K to $150M. As a longtime resident of East Cleveland, Julie actively strives to support the unique needs of her community.
Eric Campbell, Senior Project Manager Whiting-Turner Construction Company
Eric Campbell is a Senior Project Manager with the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. Eric received his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2000 and joined Whiting-Turner directly after graduation. Over Eric’s 20 year career with Whiting-Turner he has focused mainly on managing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems and has worked in the Cleveland market for the past 15 years. His current responsibilities include leading various project teams as well as serving as the Regional MEP coordinator for the Midwest region. He has had extensive involvement in marketing and pursuing new work, and his efforts have helped multiple teams be successful in finding new work and developing existing client relationships.
Eric is the Immediate Past President of the Ohio Chapter for CMAA, and continues to provide input and assistance to the board and its committees.
