What does it take to become a leader at work, in your industry or in your community? Our May program will be a discussion of leadership development focused on younger professionals.  Through a moderated panel discussion with different Northeast Ohio leaders, we will explore leadership development.  The panel will share their stories and answer questions about the steps to become a leader within an organization and within your community.  All members of the panel are either current or past honorees of the Crain's 20 in their 20's and 40 under 40.

    Panelists

    Zach Adams, Associate, Tucker Ellis

Zach Adams represents clients in litigation in state and federal courts across the United States. Thesecases typically involve commercial disputes, business torts, and product liability claims, and can range from matters involving as few as two locally owned businesses to numerous large corporate entities. Zach understands that not all clients define "winning" the same way.  As a result, he communicates closely with them to learn about their businesses and their goals to help them achieve the most desirable outcome possible.

Zach was selected for the 2018 edition of Crain's Cleveland "Twenty in their 20s." Despite his young age, he has a keen abillity to connect with clients.  He appreciates that clients put their trust in him, and he works hard to make sure they feel heard every step of the litigation process.
