Congratulations to the Winners of our 2nd Annual Chapter Awards

Celebrating some of the best marketing and communications talent within the architecture, engineering and construction fields in Northeast Ohio, the SMPS NEO Chapter awards were held within Forest City Brewery’s historic beer garden on June 19th, 2019.

The SMPS Annual awards are an opportunity to showcase the industry-leading design work being done in the A/E/C industry. The awards not only give recognition to the best-of-the-best but also inspire other firms and SMPS members to position their firms successfully in the marketplace with engaging marketing.

Eccentric and inspiring, the space was a perfect setting to celebrate creative inventiveness in Cleveland. The awards included Digital Campaign of the Year, Print Campaign of the Year and a Hall of Fame Award.

This year’s award trophies were custom designed by local artist, Susie Frazier, of 78th studios. These beautiful pieces of art were designed to define manifestations and are symbolic of how every outgrowth defines our distinctive identity.

Judges of the awards were from national SMPS chapters located in Atlanta, central Florida and Colorado. Award criteria included marketing objectives, target audience, research and planning, messaging and results.

Congratulations to each of the award-winning organizations. This year’s competition was so tough, a tiebreaker judge was brought in!
